facts on kobe and his carrer
When Kobe made the varsity at Lower Merion High School as a freshman, he selected the number of his idol, Magic Johnson. He had to switch to #33 in 1995-96, because he outgrew the other jersey.
Kobe and Shaquille O’Neal were both named First Team All-NBA after the 2001-02 season. They became the first tandem to be honored as such since Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen in 1996.
Kobe’s 56-point game against the Grizzlies in January of 2002 was the highest total ever recorded by any of the 20+ players who have gone directly from high school to the NBA. He bettered that mark in january of 2002 when he scored 81 points against the Toronto Raptors.

game 4 western confernce finals
in game four it was either spurs win and tie up the series or they would be stuck under the boat aNd forced to climb there way out of the hole. the lakers looking to go up 3 to one aginsit the spurs with a bad performance last game from odom an fisher an gosol plus the role players off the bench did not show up in game 3 but they showed up last night. with the spurs big three not in full effect the lakers took it upon them selfs hustle for each and every point and up by 9 with 2 minutes to go goal missed 2 free throws which couldf have iced the game an bad clock managment by the lakers kobe took a shot with 28 seconds an with the spurs down 2 a questionable foul call was called but not called and the lakers went up 3-1

kobe bryant in his first championship in 2001. kobe has gotten 2 more more in a row after that first champions. and it seem tyhis year a fourth will be coming to kobe with him in the western confernce finals hopefully on his way to the nba finals against either boston or the pistions. but kobe bryant is on a mission for a fouth an no one will stop in his way to his championship in 08!!!!!!!!!
